• We respect differences of opinion! - No personal attacks, shamming, bullying, or abusive language. At Mahila Money, women share their experiences and talk about issues that are important to them. This means that we may encounter different opinions, which are crucial to have important conversations about difficult topics. Inclusivity is a must. We do not type in CAPS - no 'online screaming' and avoid coarse, rough or rude language. We never make personal attacks or use abusive language - doing this will get your post or comment removed. We talk to women like they are friends - we get to know them. We explore. We don't bully or shame others. Any such malicious post or comment will be removed.

• No spamming or baiting with job offers - Porn, Sexual solicitation is legally reported. Mahila Money does not provide space for posting job opportunities and invitations to join MLMs like Oriflame, Amway, Modicare, Vestige etc. If you have a job opportunity you want to post - do write an email to us at support@mahila.money. We don't tolerate pornographic images, sexual solicitation, fake profiles, or baiting by people pretending to be who they are not. Any such behavior will get reported to the police and posted publicly. If you don't want to be shamed as a pervert or liar, don't engage in such behavior. You have been warned.

• Privacy is valued - Personal information such as phone numbers, email IDs, etc. are not shared with others without consent. We don't share personal information such as phone numbers or emails with others we don't know. We respect everyone's privacy and do not solicit personal information from others without consent. Mahila Money provides you the platform to share posts, comment, upload videos and display content on the platform (collectively, the “User Content”). By using the platform, you hereby grant Mahila Money and its affiliated companies, a royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, right and license to use the User content and all elements thereof in whatever form, in any and all media, formats and forms and to copy, reproduce, fix, modify, adapt, translate, reformat, prepare derivatives, modify, manufacture, publish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, provide access to broadcast, for marketing purposes or to perform/display the User Content.

• No Plagiarism Please - Give credits to the original source. We don't engage in plagiarism or copyright infringement - please give credit when sharing or reposting others' work. You should understand that for any plagiarised content that you post on the platform, only you alone shall be responsible in entirety, for all the consequences, including civil and criminal liabilities, if any.

• No Liability - Our platform may also contain sponsored content and promotional activities. Users must use their own discretion before purchasing any services or products at their own risk. Mahila Money will not be responsible for any purchases of products or services by User on the platform through such paid promotions. Mahila Money will not be held liable in any case to indemnify users for any losses whatsoever.

• No Hate Speech - Violent and hatred spreading content based on age, disability, nationality, religion, sexual orientation etc. are removed.

• Mahila Money is inclusive - Any topic that leads to unwarranted political and religious clashes is reported. We are not politically inclined to any specific group so anything too sensationalizing targeted hate speech will not be supported. In case of any post, comments, statements or content posing problems or threatening the religious, political or ethnic views of others or any post which breach any of the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the platform are discovered or found by Mahila Money, Mahila Money have complete right to uphold the visibility of such content/post and delete them immediately without any intimation to the User. In case of major material breach or severeness of the content/post, Mahila Money also has a right to immediately block or delete the UserID without intimation in order to protect Company against any consequences.

• Users can report too - Any content that violates the above guidelines will be immediately taken down when it comes to our notice. However, while trying our best to implement the above, we do reserve the right to remove any comment or post without prior notice, for reasons, especially to protect the rights of other community members and our services. These are guidelines only and do not place any obligation on us to act a certain way. Mahila Money strictly prohibits the posting of any information or content that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or any intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of Mahila Money or any other third party. User agrees that by using and signing into Mahila Money App, User will not carry out any activities that: - violate or infringes the intellectual property rights of Mahila Money and others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or brand name or other proprietary rights. - violate or infringes the intellectual property or other rights of Mahila Money, including, using the word “Mahila Money” or our brand name or logos, in any posts or content or as a business name, email, or URL or in connection with any of their products or services that is likely to cause confusion among other users or in any manner that disparages or discredits Mahila Money.

• We strive to build the safest online space for women - In case the user is found to be violating any of the guidelines mentioned herein, Mahila Money reserves exclusive rights to ban/deactivate a profile without any permissions; prior notification or without any explanation. As a platform meant only for women, and in order to maintain the sanctity and purpose of the app, Mahila Money can ask anyone to prove their identity at any point of time via call/email/in person, to ensure the guidelines written as above are adhered to.
